How it works
From application to payout
Six steps, no mystery. This is the whole machine — what we do, what you do, and where the money flows.
- Step 01
Apply & review
Fill out the application — who you are, where you stream, what you break. We review every application weekly and reply to the ones that look like a fit. Strong screen presence and reliability matter more than follower count.
- Step 02
Onboarding & coaching kickoff
We have a real conversation about splits, schedule, and expectations, then kick off coaching: how to structure a break, run the chat, and pace the show. You get access to the Streamer Dashboard — our platform for break calendar, allocations, sales, payouts, and the playbook in one place. We help you dial in your channel too — overlays, show format, anything you want our input on. Your brand stays yours; we bring the playbook when it's useful. You'll run a trial break so both sides know it works before committing.
- Step 03
Product fronted
We source and pay for the product, then get it to you ready to break. You and your coach plan the break calendar together so every show has a clear plan: what you're ripping, how it's priced, and how the break is structured.
- Step 04
Going live
You run the show on your channel on your agreed schedule — the energy, the reveals, the chat. Every pack is opened clean and in frame. The collective brings returning buyers; you turn them into your regulars.
- Step 05
Fulfillment after the break
When the stream ends, the work shifts to the buyer experience. You sleeve, log, and ship every hit fast with tracking, and you keep your buyers informed. We bring the playbook — templates, packing standards, supplier contacts — but the post-stream handoff is yours to own. It's where reputation lives.
- Step 06
Payout
Once your break's orders are shipped, the break settles and your cut is paid out on a regular cycle. Every break and every payout is tracked in the Streamer Dashboard, so the numbers are never a mystery.
Step one starts here
Applications are reviewed weekly. The rest of the machine is ready.
