Breakery

For streamers

You bring the show. We bring the playbook.

Breaking under your own name means fronting money for product and figuring out the playbook as you go. Breaking with us means we cover the product cost and coach the show — you run your channel, you ship your orders, and you get paid for what you sell.

The deal

Plain language, no fine print

We source and pay for the product, then front it to you for your shows. You break it live on your channel, ship the orders to your buyers, and we split the sales — you earn the highest commission percentage in the industry on what your stream sells, with no capital out and no downside risk on product that doesn't move.

Streamer Dashboard

One platform for everything you run

Every streamer in the collective gets access to our Streamer Dashboard — the platform where you run the whole operation. Break calendar, product allocations, sales by show, payouts, playbook resources, and the conversation with your coach all live in one place. No spreadsheets, no DMs scattered across four apps, no "where did I see that number?"

What we bring

The capital, the coaching, the collective

Product fronted

We source the product, pay for it, and get it to you ready to break. You never put your own money into boxes and you never carry inventory risk on something that doesn't move.

Show coaching

How to structure a break for momentum, pace your stream, and turn a busy chat into buyers. Hands-on with operators who run the playbook themselves — not a PDF.

Sales optimization

Pricing, break format, audience growth, follow-up strategy. We review your shows with you and dial in what makes each one outperform the last.

Collective brand

Featured spots across our channels, cross-promotion with the rest of the roster, and the credibility of being part of a known group buyers already trust.

Expected of you

The bar is high on purpose

A consistent schedule

You commit to a regular weekly streaming schedule agreed during onboarding. Consistency is what builds an audience — yours and the collective's.

Professional conduct

Every hit shown on camera, every pack opened clean and in frame. No favoritism, no funny business. Buyers trust the collective because we earn it.

Show standards

Your channel, your brand, your voice. When we co-produce a show together, we agree on the look and feel up front — we'll bring overlays, templates, and a playbook if you want them, but the final call is yours.

Fulfillment & support

Hits sleeved and shipped fast with tracking, buyer questions answered, edge cases handled clean. The post-stream handoff is yours to own — that's where reputation lives or dies.

Who thrives here

Sound like you?

  • You already break live — or you've been waiting for someone to solve the capital problem so you can start.
  • You show up on schedule, every week, and treat the stream like a show.
  • You're great on camera when a chase hit lands and when it doesn't.
  • You take the post-stream work seriously — every order out clean, fast, and tracked, because that's how the next sale gets made.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How does the split work?

You earn the highest commission percentage in the industry on every break you run. The exact split depends on the product category and your tier in the collective, and we walk through the numbers during onboarding. There are no hidden fees and no charge-backs against you for product cost.

Do I have to buy my own inventory?

No. Breakery sources and pays for all product, then fronts it to you for your shows. You never put your own money into boxes, and you never carry inventory risk on something that doesn't sell.

Who ships the orders and handles buyers?

You do. Shipping and customer service stay on your channel — that's where your reputation is built, and we don't want to put it in someone else's hands. We bring the playbook: templates, packing standards, response scripts, supplier contacts. You bring the discipline to ship fast and answer clean.

What does coaching actually look like?

A real kickoff at onboarding, then ongoing 1-on-1s — show reviews, pricing tweaks, format experiments, audience strategy. We're operators, not consultants. We work the show with you the same way we'd work on our own.

What's the Streamer Dashboard?

The platform we give every streamer access to — one login where you run the whole operation. Break calendar, product allocations, sales tracking per show, payouts, coaching notes, and the playbook. Most streamers come in juggling four tools and a notebook; the dashboard replaces all of them.

When and how do I get paid?

Breaks settle after the orders from that stream are fulfilled, and payouts run on a regular cycle we walk through during onboarding. You can track every break and every payout in the Streamer Dashboard.

What platform do I stream on?

Your channel, your account, whichever platform you already run on — Whatnot, TikTok, YouTube, your own site. You keep the audience and the seller history you've built. We back the show behind it.

What categories do you break?

Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, Gundam, Marvel, and other TCGs as the market moves. If you have a strong audience in a category we don't carry yet, tell us in your application.

How many hours a week do I need to stream?

We agree on a schedule together during onboarding. Most streamers in the collective run several shows a week. What matters most is that the schedule you commit to is one you keep.

Do I need my own following to apply?

An existing audience helps, but it's not a hard requirement. We care more about screen presence, reliability, and hustle. Strong applicants without a big following start with smaller breaks and grow.

What equipment do I need?

A clean, well-lit setup that can show product and hits clearly on camera, plus a real shipping setup (scale, label printer, sleeves, top loaders, mailers). We provide overlay assets and guidance on the standard look during onboarding.

Can I keep streaming my own content?

Yes — your channel is yours, and what you stream outside of our shows is entirely up to you. For shows we run together, we just agree on a schedule and the standards we both want to hit.

What happens after I apply?

We review applications weekly. If it looks like a fit, we'll reach out for a conversation and a trial break. If it's not a fit right now, you're welcome to apply again as your channel grows.
